Disciples’ Reaction to a Proximity Christian on the Fear of God

A disciple asked a protestant elder if he taught people that “God hates the sin and not the sinner”.

And of course he quoted the false book called ‘John’ 3.16.And then asked “What does it matter”.

To which the Disciple presented many verses to show God indeed does  hate some sin and sinner.

“It matters because its a lie.

God hates the sinner and the sin Leviticus 20:23 – “And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.”

Leviticus 26:30 – “And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.”
Deuteronomy 32:19 – “And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.”
Psalm 5:5 – “The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.”
Psalm 5:6 – “Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.”

Psalm 10:3 – “For the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.”

The elder then accused the Disciple of ‘feeding the ego’.[ Questioning the ‘Orthodox’ position of any religion brings accusations such as Egoism, Demon Possession, and/or simply trying to stir the pot.]
Response of the Disciple:

“Its also Ego to refute people who simply present God’s word. In the old days, any discussion on the so called ‘Orthodoxy” would result in the execution of a Disciple of Jesus.

Many people, adopt the form of Christianity nearest to them, or most popular, or of their parents, and they carry this idea of God throughout their lives. Then, because their faith is weak, they lash out at anyone that presents a challenge to the traditions that blindly accepted and repeated to others.  Like those who say “The Bible is inerrant”….along with this lie they were also taught “and if it isnt, than God isnt real”.
And for some reason they accept this idea.
Then when presented with evidence to the contrary they lash out at people.

The Pharisees did the same things. They like the Jews of today raised the writings of Rabbis over the literal words of God in Tanakh.

Jesus responds to this: [Mat 15:2-3 NKJV] “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.” He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?”

Fearing God is essential.
Knowing that God can hate you depending on your actions is essential.
Knowing you may wake up in the center of the Earth [Hell] is essential.
Telling other people this, is essential. It doesnt help, and its not true, to tell people to just have faith and nothing else, and you are Righteous with God.
Jesus taught the opposite.
That you must forgive others to be forgiven is one example.
You have to wonder how many people who trusted in Jesus,
died with hatred in their hearts towards a loved one who had asked to be forgiven.
If someone asked Billy Graham to forgive them for something he/she did to billy,
and billy wouldn’t,
Jesus is clear he would not be forgiven.
[obvious billy would forgive anyone — i think. He is a good example because of his exemplar life].
But people don’t teach this, they teach thee lie that,
“you dont have to do  anything to be made right with God”.
They even add “If you do anything to be right with God, you will not be forgiven because you are depending on your own goodness”.
This is what happens when you take the word of a Pharisee [Paul] of the Messiah.
Millions of people have Paul-Glasses on, and when they read Jesus they see through these glasses.
When they answer a question, they answer with Paul.
Matthew 23.8-10 is essential for all of these reasons. Only Jesus is our teacher, only Yahweh is our father. Our learning and instruction must only come from them. People who wish to discuss God’s word must say “This is my opinion” when they are not quoting God verbatim.
This would clear the way of so many false doctrines.
As an example, the idolaters who wish to make Jesus into a god say “Only God can forgive sins, men cannot”. Ironically they get this from the Pharisees who said “Who else can forgive sin other than God?”
[ Christians often use the Pharisees logic]
But what did the only Rabbi teach?
Matthew 6:14 NKJV  “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
If you want to see how far Christians are from the teachings of Jesus, just just what he said and see their reaction.
Say “The is One who is good and that is God”.   immediately people will say “Jesus is good too”.   The are referring to the false gospel. Jesus clearly said “Why do you call me good? There is one who is good and that is God”.
Or if you say, “Unless we forgive people, God wont forgive us”.   People will immediately say “its not by works lest any man should boast”.   By doing this the put Paul in the place of Jesus who should be our only teacher.
There are many more.
